Desert To Sea
Desert to Sea is part of Regional Development Australia program promoting the Far West Coast’s Aboriginal tourism products. The Mirning, Wirangu and Kokatha peoples have called the Far West Coast of South Australia home for several thousands of years. The culture of these groups is rich and their knowledge of the land runs deep, making the Far West Coast one of the best places in South Australia to experience Aboriginal culture first-hand.
Our brief was to develop an engaging tourism focused website. It was important the website was easy to update and that it could support future growth. We began the project with a strategy workshop and developed a site map in line with the goals and values of the project. We assisted with art direction for an extensive suite of new photography and videography, including a 3 day shoot on the Far West Coast.
The final result was a stand-out, custom built website which is user friendly and supports the ongoing evolution of Desert To Sea. The website features tourism operator experiences and accommodation listings, bookings, top area attractions, blog, and an interactive map with destination and town information.
